🗡️ The Assassin's Blade is a one-time purchase that guarantees you will always get away with murder! You can toggle the Assassin's Blade power on and off in the Items Menu (under collectibles). While the blade doesn't guarantee a successful kill every time, with the blade on, your Bitizens will never get caught for any murder they commit. Happy hunting!

🗺️ The Golden Passport is a one-time purchase that permanently grants you the ability to choose any country in the game when emigrating! To use the Golden Passport, choose Emigrate in the Activities Menu. Your passport will allow you to select ANY country available in BitLife. The world is your Oyster!

🪳The Promiscuity Potion is a one-time purchase that permanently protects your Bitizens from pesky STDs! You can toggle the Promiscuity Potion's power on and off in the Items Menu (under collectibles). While the potion is on, your Bitizens will never catch any STDs from activities that can spread them. Love wins!

🚫 You mean you don't love ads?! Seriously though, we get it! The good news is that BitLife is a free app, so you don't have to pay anything to play. If you want to enhance your BitLife experience, you can easily stop pop-up ads in your game by purchasing "God Mode" and "Bitizenship." Not only will this stop ads from popping up, but it will also give you access to a ton of special features and extra in-game content! 

💾 Your lives are saved automatically as you age up so there is no action required on your part to ensure all of your hard work is recorded!

🏆 Achievements are miniature accomplishments that can be collected in BitLife. You can earn an Achievement by meeting specific criteria within a life. For example, you could earn the "Octogenarian" Achievement by playing a life in which you reach the age of eighty.

You can access all of your earned Achievements from the game's Main Menu. Collect them all!

🎁 Daily quests are fun mini-challenges for you to complete and earn yourself some major reqards. Simply go to the Marketplace in BitLife to see the live quest for that day. Take on today's quest to earn a fabulous reward. What are you waiting for? 

🔦 Heirlooms are random items you can collect while playing BitLife. You will be given a new opportunity to find one in your attic on each day that you play BitLife! Heirlooms have varying rarity and can be passed down from generation-to-generation within the game, or sold for profit!

You can access all of your collected Heirlooms from the game's Main Menu. Collect them all!

🎗 Ribbons are awarded at the end of lives in BitLife. Your character will be given a Ribbon that reflects the unique accomplishments (or lack thereof!) of the character you just played. For example, you may earn the "Famous" Ribbon if your character became a movie star in his or her life.

You can access all of your collected Ribbons from the game's Main Menu. Collect them all!

🍄 Boosts are transient opportunities to increase one of your character's stats should he or she need it. For example, if your character's Happiness stat begins to falter, you may see a button labeled "Boost" pop up next to that bar graph. Tap it for a quick fix opportunity to boost his or her happiness!

If you're not a fan of the Boost opportunities or find them distracting, simply visit the game's Settings via the Main Menu to enable or disable them.

Just like in real life, robbing a train is no easy task. All trains must adhere to a strict schedule to ensure passengers arrive in a timely manner. However with some careful planning, it’s possible to make out like a bandit. Don’t be late, you don’t want to miss your train!

⛓ Just like in real life, prison escape is not supposed to be easy! Each prison escape puzzle has at least one possible solution. Good luck as you hone your escape skills in pursuit of freedom! And remember: if you can't do the time, don't do the crime!

🏅 Going into battle is never an easy task! If you'd like to hone your skills for BitLife deployments, we suggest you practice the classic game of yesteryear, Minesweeper! Good luck clearing those minefields!

🎓 We can't give away all of our secrets but here are a few hints. Much like real life, getting into college or earning a scholarship isn't easy. In fact, not all people are "college material." That being said, those who make good decisions in regards to academics and extracurricular activities always have a better chance. Oh, and a little extra studying never killed anyone! Good luck in your pursuit of higher education!

💵 Many factors are taken into consideration when employers in BitLife evaluate your character for job openings, raises, and promotions. We can't give too much away, but we do want you to know that the criterion for career success in BitLife is modeled after real life. Having the right stats, experience, and education are, of course, key! Hard work and solid decision making don't hurt either. We wish you the best of luck as you climb the corporate ladder in the job of your dreams!

💰 It's hard to win the lottery in BitLife but it's mathematically more likely than in real life. And, just remember, you can't win it unless you play it so keep buying those tickets!

🌟 Earning stardom is not easy in real life, nor is it easy in BitLife. Make sure to pursue the right career path, maintain excellent stats, make good decisions, and don't slip! If you do all of those things, you may find yourself a celebrity before long! Good luck in your quest for stardom!

🌪 The Time Machine is an in-app purchase in BitLife that gives you the option to go back in time to undo bad decisions and relive a portion of your character's life. It's up to you how many years you'd like to go back in time. You can even use it after you die!

The Time Machine can be accessed from several places, including the Activities menu.

👩‍💼 There are three ways to become CEO of a company:

1. Launch your own company by tapping the “Startup” option in the Business section of the Special Careers menu
2. You can buy a company by tapping the “Acquire” option in the Business section of the Special Careers menu 
3. Put in the work and be offered a CEO position at an existing company. 

Helpful Hint: A good rule of thumb for starting a business is to enter into an industry with high demand and low competition. 

Do whatever you feel is best for your journey to the top!

🤔 Just like in real life, businesses in BitLife grow best slowly over time. Don’t be afraid to play with your company to determine what’s best for your business in your particular industry. Generally, you’ll want to:

• Shop around for new suppliers each year. You might find one that either offers the same quality with lower cost, or higher quality with the same or lower cost
• Pay attention to your End-of-Year Report, as it will usually give you valuable information on how to optimize your business for the coming year.
• Do NOT underestimate the power of marketing!
• Hire and fire employees smartly. If an employee isn’t performing well, it might be time to find a replacement.

🔬 Once you’ve become a CEO, you’ll have the option to add new products to your company’s existing line. Scroll to the bottom of the “Job” menu and tap “Add New Product,” then choose which product you’d like to introduce.

You can either shell out some cash and perform market research or go with your gut and launch the product without doing the research. Your business is in your hands!

💪 After you’ve built a solid foundation for your business, you’ll want to consider expanding to maximize your output. Think about opening up a new shop or factory first, then introduce a new product once your new facility is stable!

📉 Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever. What’s popular one year might not be popular the next. If a product isn’t doing so hot, don’t be afraid to pull it off the shelves and introduce something fresh. If you’re devoted to a product, don’t be afraid to rebrand!

📖 Business terminology can be a bit intimidating, but don't worry; we got you. Here's a list of the most common terms included in the Business Update and what they'll mean for your business:  

• Available Capital: the total amount of money available to fund your company's operations, such as launching a new product, paying your employees' salaries, contracting suppliers, etc.
• Fiscal Year: a 12-month period in the life cycle of your business used to calculate financial statements
• Revenue: the total amount of money your business or product makes in a fiscal year before subtracting expenses
• Net Income: also known as profit, this is the total amount of money your business or product makes after paying all expenses, such as employee salaries, fixed costs, etc.
• Profit Margin: the amount of money your business earns in net income as a percentage of total revenue
• Revenue Growth: the amount of money your business made in the current year compared to the previous year

😱 Yikes, we hate bugs! In order to best help us understand what you've observed, please email us directly at support@bitlifeapp.com and be sure to include the following information:

• The operating system you are using (eg. Android 8.1 Oreo, Android 10, iOS 13, etc.)

🤦‍♂️ That's frustrating but certainly can happen from time to time. Luckily, it's possible to easily solve this problem.

If you're on iOS, please visit the game's Settings which are accessible from the Main Menu. There you will find a "Restore Earlier Purchase..." option. Tap that and enter the same credentials you used when you made your original purchase. As long as you're using the same Apple ID, your earlier purchase will be restored at no cost.

On Android, simply visit your device's general settings and make sure you are signed into the same Google Play Services account you used when you made your original purchase. The next time you launch the app, your earlier purchase should restore automatically.

🔍 First, don't worry. Both Apple and Google save your purchase history and will not require you to ever rebuy the same in-app purchase again (except for something like the Time Machine which can be bought multiple times).

The trick here is to make sure you are signed in using exactly the same Apple ID or Google Play Services account that you used when you made your original purchase. Be sure to triple check that and then try restoring your purchase again.

😬 Oh no, that's frustrating. If you ever deleted and reinstalled the app, then unfortunately your earlier data will be lost. If you never deleted and/or reinstalled and your game data has still disappeared then we need to find out what's going on to try to help.

🤦‍♂️ Oh dear. Unfortunately sometimes this can happen, especially after a major update. We know how annoying this can be and do our best to ensure it doesn't happen. Unfortunately, the game data structures that underpin your saved games are so complex that, when we change things by adding new features or content, the saved game sometimes needs to wipe itself out to get a clean start. We apologize for the inevitable frustration associated with this and thank you for bearing with us as we work to add new content.

🙏 The only answer to this frustrating situation is patience. Apple and Google do an incredible job pushing our updates out to millions of players around the globe. Inevitably, sometimes updates will be slow to show up or download for some users. The only advice we can provide here is to please check back and try again a bit later.

If you've given this situation plenty of time and patience and you're still running into trouble, please make sure that your device is on the latest version of iOS or Android and that you have sufficient disk space available to download the game.

🐢 That's not good! We hear reports of this problem from time-to-time and are standing by to assist.

😕 Once in a while, purchases seem to get stuck in the payment process. This process is largely outside of our control as we use Apple and Google as our payment processors for iOS and Android, respectively. The best thing to try first is to sign out of your Apple ID or Google Play Services ID and then sign back in and try again. If that still doesn't work, close out the app completely, relaunch BitLife, and then try again. If that still doesn't work, then the next step is to contact Apple or Google directly for assistance.
