We've been in the lab. Here's everything that dropped in the latest update — big gameplay improvements, some truly wild bug fixes, and a few things beyond UFM worth knowing about.
⚙️ UFM Gameplay Improvements
1. Street Cred no longer lost from losing fights
Getting beaten up no longer tanks your reputation. The grind just got a lot more forgiving.
2. Difficulty bars added to the League Menu
No more guessing who'll destroy you. Opponents now show a clear difficulty indicator so you can pick your battles.
3. Moves now have "Style" and "Strong Against" data
Combat just got deeper. Every move now tells you its fighting style and what it counters, adding real strategy to your loadout.
4. Drug tests actually work now
Steroids were never getting caught in pre-fight urine screenings. Now detection is tied to your wiliness stat. Choose wisely.
5. Coach training stats rebalanced
Training stat gains from coaches have been tuned for smoother progression. No more broken early-game builds.
6. Fight Club push notifications
Never miss a Fight Club event again. Push notifications are now live.
7. Fight Club permanently enabled for all players
Everyone officially has access.
🐛 UFM Bug Fixes
8. You can no longer fight dead people
Killing a street fighter (especially as a vampire) and then challenging their corpse? Fixed. Dead fighters stay dead.
9. …or date your dead ex-girlfriend's corpse
A related issue where deceased characters remained in the Fight Club relationship system. She dead.
10. Vampires properly blocked from UFL
Vampires could still browse the UFL roster, flirt with fighters, and get stat buffs from interactions that could never lead to a fight. The coffin door is now properly shut.
11. Gender transition updates your opponents
Transitioning mid-career no longer leaves you fighting opponents from your birth gender's roster.
12. Street fighter variety restored
A bug was making all street fighters share the same fighting school. Rosters are now properly randomized again.
13. No more coaching from prison
Your coach dying while you're incarcerated no longer triggers the "New Coach" recruitment popup behind bars.
14. Retired fighters stop getting "New Move" prompts
Hung up the gloves? You'll no longer be pestered with martial arts move unlocks.
15. Injuries now show on your fighter profile
Training and fight injuries were silently disappearing from your profile card. They're back.
📣 UFM Community Escalations
16. "Where's the fighting update?"
Players who couldn't see UFM despite the update being live. Resolved.
17. Purchased UFM but not received
Players who bought Ultimate Fighter Mode but it didn't unlock. Now fixed.
🌍 Beyond UFM — Worth Mentioning
18. Damaging an heirloom made it better
Playing with a Black Market item and triggering "Just a scratch" was increasing condition instead of lowering it. Fixed.
19. Dead fiancé still interactive
Your lover "died" but kept showing up in relationships, letting you interact normally. The undead relationship bug is squashed.
20. Video evidence broken in custody cases
Sending video proof in child custody required watching an ad but the evidence never submitted. Now working again.
21. Prom royalty
Some players weren't able to see the prom queen title feedback scenario. Resolved.
22. Challenges Vault bugs
Movie Junkie achievement bug squashed and new challenges are in the Vault.
